When should I start looking for a summer rental apartment in Cape Cod?
I plan on working in Falmouth, MA (Cape Cod) next summer. My friend and I want to rent a small apartment, not a vacation-type but a more modest residence, from June-September. When is the earliest I can start making serious inquiries about this, and is there any other information you can provide me about the process?
