Do you have to pay a deposit when you are renting a condo through the owner?
I will be renting the 2nd week of Aug. at the Palace Resort in Myrtle Beach, SC. I was reading the reviews and alot of people were upset about the deposit that they were to make to the resort. Been’s I am booking through a owner of the condo do I pay a deposit to the hotel or is that something that i have to go to the resort about? Thanks in advance!
You need to give a deposit to whoever you’re renting from in whatever amount they are requesting.
What’s keeping their deposit amount reasonable is the same supply/demand that keeps the rent from being 1000000000 a month.
They’re going to charge rent and deposit amounts that they feel they can get.

i kind of don’t like to live in condominums because they don’t offer large spaces for garden.:;”
i love to stay and live on 5 star condominiums which provide great amenities:-:
actually, i like to live in a condominium specially on the higher floors because the view is amazing ,-;
