What are the best rides and shows at Disney World?

I am 17. My family and I are going to Disney World in early July. Most of us have never been there before. We are all over the age of 15 which means we like the big thriller rides more that the less thrilling ones. We also want to do shows. I just wanted to know which rides at all 4 Disney World parks are big thrillers and maybe never mild thrillers, which shows are “must see” shows. Are there many water rides there? I am also going to universal studios and I was wondering is it fun, and what are the “must dos and must sees”?

*Splash Mountain @ Magic Kingdom (it’s always nice)
*Mission Space @ Epcot (big thrill)

Water Parks
Blizzard beach has some really great attractions.. like summit plummet.. a super big water slide (120 feet) .. and slush gusher..
