Can anyone tell me where to find information on the rights for tenants in holiday rental please?
I recently had a bad hoiliday experiance. My unit was leaking water from roof and floor. Lifting and cracked tiles and the list goes on. I think i deserve compensation for this as it was a nightmare. But i cannot seem to find anything about my rights as a tentant in a holiday rental. This was in Queensland Australia. Thanks for your help
You need to look under the hotel laws, holiday rentals fall under that legal folder, not like a residential rental.
