evict for unauthorized pet from vacation home?
Can I get evict from a 7 days beach house rental in Florida for bringing my small dog? the policy is no pet?
I can not speak for FL law, but in my state, you could be evicted for bringing a pet when there is a no pet policy. In my state, 7 day rentals are not governed by the landlord tenant code, so you can be immediately evicted for a violation of the rental agreement.
