Renting my Holiday Apartment?

I am trying to rent my holiday apartment in the Costa Del Sol & am finding it difficult & would like to know the best ways to expose my property without incurring large fees. I have advertised the property on Holiday lettings & Rentals, but i am still struggling to generate a large number of enquires. The prices are more than competitive, so i need some help. Tips & advice would be much appreciated.
