What is the best way for an owner to list a vacation rental?
I am trying to help out a dear friend. She has 2 gorgeous oceanfront homes that have not been getting much inquiries with the local real estate company she has been using over the years. These are perfect vacation rentals with private beach access and lots of room.
I would also like to list the larger house that sleeps 23 for weddings on the beach.
