Is it possible to get a phone in the Philippines and use it in Canada?

We are planning in vacation in the Philippines, in the summer, because I haven’t been there since I move here in Canada. When I get there im planning on getting a new phone, thats good. So how do I go about doing that? And is there a site, where i can see phones available in the Philippines?

Definitely! That’s what I did lol.

I live in Canada and I got a phone for Christmas in the Philippines. Just make sure that the phone is ‘triband’. Also make sure that the charger that comes along with the phone is ‘auto volt’ since Canada uses 110V and the Philippines uses 220V.

In Canada, You can find a phone company that supports sim cards like Rogers! Make sure the phone you buy is open line so that you can use it in Canada

Nokia is a VERY good brand and most phones in the Philippines are much more high tech than the one’s they sell in Canada (and they’re much cheaper & unique too.)
