Will condo prices come down in Downtown Orlando High rises?
With a $12 Billion dollars in condo development/construction in downtown Orlando (condos being are been build, some already finished); Will prices go down in the future due to the vast availability? Currently the prices are in the upper $300′s up to $500 a sq/ft in high rises (such as Sanctuary/Paramount/ 55W/Tradition Towers/Solaris/VUE) and many many more are in development …. Do you think prices are about to tumble? I might be interested when prices become more reasonable!
Doubtful, because places like Orlando are always going to have a strong market. They may stabalize a little , but eventually they will spike back up.
