What days of the week in August are cheapest for air travel to Kauai, Hawaii?
Wondering if the price of air travel leaving on a weekend versus leaving or departing on a week day in August to Kauai, Hawaii?
When my wife and I flew to Kauai, we flew on a Tuesday. Generally Tuesday and Wednesday are cheaper as fewer people fly on those days. We bought our tickets as a package where we also bought hotel and car rental. That actually helped save us some money. Just know that August is not a cheap time to fly to Hawaii.
