Cottage Rental at Jensen’s On the Gulf or Gulf Breeze or Rental House?

I want to take my family down to either Sanibel or Captiva Island in April. It will be our 10th anniverary but we will go as a family with our 8 and 2 year old.

I’ve never been there before and there are so many options. I would like to stay in a beachfront standalone cottage or house. I’ve narrowed it down to Gulf Breeze in Sanibel or Jensen’s On the Gulf in Captiva.

Anyone familiar with either and would recommend one over the other?

I think you would be better off if you posted this in the Miami or Orlando forum. Phoenix residents aren’t experts on Florida.

Can you rent a beach house if you are only 19?

ok I am 19. Me and my fiance and a couple friends want to go to myrtle beach in september and would like to stay in a beach house for more room. I know that a lot of places you have to be 21 or older, are there any that I could rent if I am only 19?

Legally, you can. However, most rental agencies won’t rent to anyone under 25. And in the Outer Banks, they won’t rent to groups of friends, even if you’re all in your 30s.
