Why are the British and Israelis buying stolen land in north Cyprus?

Here are some basic facts:
(1) 1974 – After some internal conflict, Turkey invades the island of Cyprus and occupies more than 1/3 of its land in the north. Greek Cypriots are thrown out of their homes, making them refugees in their own country.
(2) The occupied/stolen properties of the Greek Cypriots are offered to Turkish Cypriots and Turkish immigrants, while the Greek Cypriots are refused the legal ownership of their properties.
(3) 2004 – A huge real estate campaign initiated, involving demolition of the remaining occupied Greek Cypriot houses and building luxury villas in their place, which are sold to foreigners as ‘A dream home in a land of paradise’.
(4) These stolen properties are very popular among the British and Israelis. If the current rate of selling continuous, ALL Greek Cypriot land will be sold without the consent of the legal owners. The UN talks for the reunification of Cyprus barely touch this problem.

Yeah Greek Land to Greek People and Yusuf the Turk give back what was stolen from Costas and other Greeks.
There should be an International Commission doing this.

Hi, we are looking for a high quality villa holiday (or accomodation with 3 bedrooms) in easy distance by car from Malaga airport. Must have clean, safe beach for children and good selection of restaurants but not too touristy. Haven’t been to area before so looking for advise of possible locations – going end of October.

I would definitely recommend Nerja. It has everything you ask for. I would particularly recommend the Torrecilla beach area as it is very close to Nerja centre. There are also many pretty typical “white villages” to visit inland. Most estate agents in Nerja deal with property rentals – do an internet search and you can view properties online. Good Luck. Will condo prices come down in Downtown Orlando High rises?

With a $12 Billion dollars in condo development/construction in downtown Orlando (condos being are been build, some already finished); Will prices go down in the future due to the vast availability? Currently the prices are in the upper $300’s up to $500 a sq/ft in high rises (such as Sanctuary/Paramount/ 55W/Tradition Towers/Solaris/VUE) and many many more are in development …. Do you think prices are about to tumble? I might be interested when prices become more reasonable!

Doubtful, because places like Orlando are always going to have a strong market. They may stabalize a little , but eventually they will spike back up.
