How does Scdmv react for speeding in Virginia?
I’m an alien quite new to this country.
Within thirty minutes I received two tickets for Speeding in Virginia.
I was on a vacation with my family heading towards Cleveland.
This was the first time I was driving a rental luxury car.
The mistake was I was not able to feel the overspeed and the odometer was divised in 20′s which is new to me and not used to.
Now I want to know how the demerits from Virginia will affect my license in South Carolina.
Until that moment, I’ve had a Clean / Safe driving record.
I got one in VA too.Going 95 in a 70,my fine was 135.00 and two points on my licence.I live in SC also.I would fight the ticket though.Your new to the country you might be able to get out of it.Let me know what happens.
