if you had $80k which one of these choices would you pick?
lets say your a 27yr old college student majoring in public administration.you work as a sales manager for a marketing company while going to school.
with the 80k would you buy two cheap condos or a duplex and rent them out. lets say profit $800 a month.after 30 yrs thats $288,000 plus sell them at 30yr mark for $112,000.that would be $400,000 plus lets say 50k a yr working a 9-5 equals $1,500,000+400,000 is $1,900,000….also would get a 401k and health benefits …
or use the 80k to start a business or 2. a check cashing store or dollar store or auto repair shop or something along these lines that i can buy from an existing owner.
i have no experience running a business or being a landlord.
