How big should a 2 bedroom condo be? Is 1250 square feet big enough for 1 person?

1250 square feet is big enough for a small family. I have a couple of condos/townhomes that are 1250 sq ft. They have 3 bedrooms and two full baths. You should be able to live quite comfortably by yourself.

I Specifically need data on the dates between the Friday after thanksgiving to New years day, for the past ten years 1995 – 2005.

this type of information is called teradata. typically it is not released to the public. possibly a research agency may have access to small amounts of this information but i think the best kind of info you will get is a total amount of sales during the period. also, a different approach is to look up the stock quotes. stock prices are dependant upon a merchants sales, and the holiday season is always the highest for stocks so maybe you can find the correlation?
