catagory for a trampoline??

im selling a trampoline and i have no idea which catagory it would go under… heres the choices:

Merchandise (Furniture, clothing, pets, tools, appliances, household items, etc…)
Vehicles (Cars, trucks, vans, RV’s, boats, campers, motorcycles, classics)
Employment (Part-time, full-time, work at home, temporary, seasonal)
Real Estate (Homes, mobile homes, apartments, commercial buildings, land, vacation property)
Wanted (Items you want but have not been able to find in other listings)
Events (Yard sales, lectures, concerts, training sessions, community events, etc…)
Services (Business listings)

i guess merchandise?
also:

health/fitness
sporting goods
toys and games

those are subcatagories that i can choose if i put it under merchandise

Sporting Goods for sure.

If we have to foreclose on our house would the bank be able to take our vacation property?

I live in Michigan.
My husband lost his job a year ago and we aren’t sure how much longer his unemployment will last. The bank says we can’t do one kind of modification because we can’t show his unemployment will last 9 months.
We have a vacation property with a small cabin on it, if we loose the house to foreclosure what will happen to the cabin?
We have a first and second mortgage on the house. We did not list the vacation property on any of the loan documents for the house.
