Vacation Rental Homes in Orlando: worth buying?
Hi everyone, I was wondering if buying a vacation rental home around Disney, near Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy will be worth it, in terms of renting it out to tourists.
Do you think that tourists will continue to come (or are they coming at this time) for vacations to Orlando? Especially to Disney?
What do you think will happen in the next year. Thanks for the help in advance.
I’d say that if the price is right, go for it. That area of Florida is a huge draw for tourists. If you decide to go ahead, I’d recommend listing your home with Owner Direct Vacation Rentals. That’s the company I use, and they’re just great!
