How do I get a Hotel to comp a parking fee?

I booked a hotel on Priceline.com for Chicago. I decided to stay outside of the city near O’hare and in chicago because it would be easier to drive outside the city, could take the train in from the airport.

If there was no mention of this during the initial booking nor did it say there would be an extra fee on the website, you have a right to contest it.

Parking fees are generally put in place in the O’Hare area because of the Allstate Arena. People come to concerts and park near the venue.

You can completely object this and in fact if it does not work before your stay be sure to include this in your survey afterwards. As a Wyndam member who is staying loyal to the brand in these trying times, they will not want to lose you.

Stay firm, the first thing they will try to do is discount the parking. Staying firm will get you free parking.
